An Act to provide for the ratification of the Framework Agreement on the Provision of Concessional Loan Between the Government of the Republic of Vanuatu and the Government of the People’s Republic of China

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows:

1 Ratification

The Framework Agreement on the Provision of Concessional Loan Between the Government of the Republic of Vanuatu and the Government of the People’s Republic of China dated June 11, 2008 is ratified.

A copy of the Agreement is attached.

2 Commencement

This Act commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
