IMPORT OF GOODS (CONTROL) (AMENDMENT)
ACT NO. 37 OF 2010

An Act to amend the Import of Goods (Control) Act [CAP 176].

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows-

1 Amendment

The Import of Goods (Control) Act [CAP 176] is amended as set out in the Schedule.

2 Commencement

This Act commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.

AMENDMENTS OF IMPORT OF GOODS (CONTROL) ACT [CAP 176]

1 At the end of section 2

Add

“(4) An Order restricting or prohibiting the importation of goods into Vanuatu must be in conformity with the rules of the World Trade Organisation.”
