THE OMBUDSMAN (REPEAL) ACT

NO. 15 OF 1997

BEING an Act to repeal the Ombudsman Act No. 14 of 1995.

BE IT ENACTED by the President and Parliament as follows:

REPEAL

1. The Ombudsman Act No. 14 of 1995 is hereby repealed.

COMMENCEMENT

2. This Act shall come into force on the date of assent.
