OFFICIAL SALARIES (AMENDMENT) ACT
NO. 3 OF 2005

An Act to amend the Official Salaries Act [CAP 168].

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows-

1 Amendments

The Official Salaries Act [CAP 168] is amended as set out in the Schedule.

2 Commencement

This Act commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.

AMENDMENTS OF THE OFFICIAL SALARIES ACT [CAP 168]

1. Subsection 3(3)
   

Repeal the subsection.
