PARLIAMENT (MEMBERS' EXPENSE AND ALLOWANCES) (AMENDMENT) Act No. 5 of 2012

An Act to amend the Parliament (Members’ Expenses and Allowances) Act [CAP 109]

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows-

1 Amendment

The Parliament (Member’s Expenses and Allowances) Act [CAP 109] is amended as set out in the Schedule.

2 Commencement

This Act is taken to have commenced on 10 January 2011.

1. Subsection 3(1)
   

Delete “VT366, 667” substitute “VT387, 167”
