SUPPLEMENTARY APPROPRIATION (2018)
ACT NO. 20 OF 2018
An Act to provide for the appropriation of additional funds for the services of the State for the year 2018, and for related purposes.
Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows-
Theadditional amount of VT5, 407,227,594 issued from the Public Fund under section 34 of the Public Finance and Economic Management Act [CAP 244] for the year 2018 is appropriated in accordance with Schedule 1.
The amount of VT28, 683,100 issued from the Public Funds under subsection 34A(2) of the Public Finance and Economic Management Act [CAP 244] which has been appropriated for the Parliament Secretary of the Ministry of Youth Development and Sports under the Appropriation (2018) Act No. 44 of 2017 is appropriated in accordance with Schedule 2 for Parliament Secretary of the Maritime Affairs in theMinistry of Infrastructure and Public Utilities.
This Act is taken to have commenced on 1 January 2018.
