VANUATU FINANCIAL SERVICES COMMISSION (AMENDMENT) ACT
NO. 35 2005

An Act to amend the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission Act No. 35 of 1993.

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows:

1 Amendment

The Vanuatu Financial Services Commission Act No. 35 of 1993 is amended as set out in the Schedule.

2 Commencement

This Act commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.

AMENDMENTS OF THE VANUATU FINANCIAL SERVICES COMMISSION ACT
NO. 35 OF 1993

1 Schedule 1 - item 4

Delete "Insurance Act [CAP 82]", substitute "Insurance Act No. 54 of 2005".

2 Schedule 1 - after item 9

Insert

"10. Protected Cell Companies Act No. 37 of 2005

11. Offshore Limited Partnerships Act No. of 2005

12. Unit Trusts Act No. 36 of 2005

13. Mutual Funds Act No. 38 of 2005."
