DECLARATION OF PUBLIC HOLIDAY FOR THE STATE FUNERAL OF THE HONOURABLE FAUMUINA ANAPAPA

I, MALIETOA TANUMAFILI II, Head of State acting on the advice of Cabinet F.K. (06) Faapitoa 09 and pursuant to the power vested in me by section 2 of the Shops Ordinance 1961, HEREBY DECLARE, Thursday 15^th June, 2006 to be a Public Holiday in order to mark the passing of the late Honourable Faumuina Anapapa, Member of the Council of Deputies of the Independent State of Samoa.

GIVEN UNDER MY HAND this 12^th day of June 2006.
